Event Type: Study Event, 2 Team Members

Short Description: Students will be asked to identify insects and selected immature insects by indicated taxonomy order and family, answer questions about insects, and use or construct a dichotomous key. All insects will be representatives of insects found in North America, north of Mexico.

Materials: 1 small binder, 1 magnifying glass

General Overview:

• Identify name & related topics (like anatomy, ecology, etc.) about bug based on image or specimen

• In other words, know everything about a bunch of bugs

• List of 113 families of insects
