Mission Statement

Out mission, as a team-based science competition club, is to assist members of all backgrounds and interests in realizing their passion for scientific discovery. Whether you consider yourself a beginner in the world of STEM or you read scholarly scientific research for fun, you will enjoy our tight-knit community!

History

Since 2018, Lancer Science Olympiad has been nurturing students' love for science by enhancing knowledge of science topics through collaboration with other students. Throughout the year, students compete in Science Olympiad tournaments, putting their knowledge to the test. Lancer Science Olympiad consistently places in the top 10 schools at the Santa Clara County Regional Tournament, but is aiming for greater accomplishments in the years to come!

Science Olympiad

With 23 different topics to choose from, Science Olympiad provides an opportunity for students to learn about the specific science topics that they love, from robotics to astronomy and everything in between.

Collaborate

Lancer Olympians must work together to learn about their event topics in preparation for tournaments.

Compete

Lancer Olympians compete at Berkeley, Stanford, UC Davis, and beyond in order to sharpen their skills.

Throughout the long competing season, Lancer Olympians are awarded for their hard work with awards and parties!
